Marivious Allen was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, and raised in Longview, Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in 2017, graduating with minors in Political Science and Philosophy. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law in 2021.

During law school, Marivious gained valuable experience clerking for the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He also served on the Young Lawyers Division Board for the State Bar of Virginia and held leadership roles with the Black Law Students Association as both Chapter President and Regional Board Member. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in October 2021.

Marivious maintains a strong litigation-focused practice with experience across multiple areas of law.
